1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after receiving the required payment or advance deposit. A confirmation email or message will be sent once your booking has been successfully processed.
2. Payments
- Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
- Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your booking.
- The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid before the commencement of your tour.
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received within the specified time.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or other official communication channels.
- Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation date, hotel policies, transportation providers, and other service partners.
- Any applicable cancellation charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable period using the original payment method.
4. Changes to Bookings
Customers may request changes to their itinerary, travel dates, or services. While we will make every effort to accommodate such requests, changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for carrying valid government-issued identification and any other documents required for their journey. UT Kashmir Tour & Travels is not responsible for denied travel due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, accidents, baggage loss, and other unforeseen circumstances.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate booking information.
- Follow local laws and regulations during the tour.
- Respect local customs, culture, and the environment.
- Follow safety instructions provided by guides or tour representatives.
- Be responsible for any damage caused to hotel property, vehicles, or equipment due to negligence.
8. Changes by the Company
UT Kashmir Tour & Travels reserves the right to modify tour itineraries, accommodations, transportation, or schedules due to weather conditions, road closures, government regulations, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives whenever possible.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality services, UT Kashmir Tour & Travels shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, injuries, accidents, illness, loss of baggage, theft, natural disasters, political disturbances, strikes, weather conditions, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
