Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
- If Air Tickets has been booked by us 100% of the ticket amount will be deducted if the fare is non-refundable.
- Within 90 Days prior to arrival date of the tour packages/Hotel Booking/Transportation: 25% Retention of the Tour Cost.
- Within 45 Days prior to arrival date of the tour packages/Hotel Booking/Transportation: 50% Retention of the Tour Cost.
- Within 21 Days prior to arrival date of the tour packages/Hotel Booking/Transportation: 100% Retention of the Tour Cost.
- In Case of Instant Bookings Cancellation policy will be same as mentioned above. Service charges is liable for all the cancellations.
- In Case of Covid or Lockdown Full Refund will Be Initiated. Any Change in the Booking after Confirmation INR 500/- will be charged extra each time.
Refund
- Refunds processed via the initial payment method
Jurisdiction
Disputes under this policy shall fall under the jurisdiction of Srinagar.
